Frequently Asked Questions

We arrive between 1-2 hours before we start serving.  We set up, begin cooking, serve your guests, and we clean up while you are free to mingle and enjoy your party! To keep in the spirit of true Street Vending your guests will place their order at the cart and will get it served hot off the grill

We are in the Rochester, NY area, and serve the surrounding counties including Livingston, Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and Genesee.  We will also travel to Buffalo or Syracuse (although an additional travel charge will be applied). 

 IF YOU CHOOSE PACKAGE 1 OR 2: It works just like an open bar at a reception - they can come up to the cart and order what they want as many times as they want throughout the serving period. Serving time depends on the size of the party and can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

 A $100.00 or 10% which ever is greater, security deposit (non-refundable) to save your date is due upon booking your event.  The balance will be collected we when arrive to set up . We accept Cash or Credit Card. 

In the event that you need to cancel a reservation that you made or weather causes cancellation we will offer a reschedule date. It works like a voucher and you can use it within one year of cancelled party for any reservation. Your initial deposit will not be refunded but voucher acts as your deposit for the next reservation.
